Domestic Shipping Policies:

Standard Shipping: Please allow 3 to 10 business days for your order to arrive. Orders placed Monday through Friday prior to 2PM CS will ship same day. Orders placed after 2PM will begin formulation the next business day. Orders placed on weekends, or an observed holiday will begin formulation the next business day.

Shipping Outside of the Continental US: Orders traveling to Alaska and Hawaii can only be shipped via UPS Ground. Orders traveling to Puerto Rico, or the Virgin Islands can only be shipped via FedEx Smart Post and may take up to 4 weeks to arrive.

Shipping Confirmation: A shipping confirmation with your tracking number will be sent to the email address you provided at time of order. Please track your shipment as Flex Beauty Cosmetics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Free Shipping Promotion: Standard shipping is free for orders of $45 or more before tax. Unfortunately, orders shipping outside the US are ineligible for this promotion. For orders below $45 a flat rate of $7.99 will be charged for shipping.

International Shipping Policies

We are currently working on our international shipping availability.

Order Processing:

Flex Beauty Cosmetics is closed on weekends and major holidays. All orders received on Friday after 2PM, Saturday and Sunday will begin formulation the following Monday. All of our cosmetics, skincare, and beauty accessories are made on-demand. The products are formulated and packaged within a few days of your order. Allow up to a week for large orders of 5 plus items to be dispatched with the shipping carrier. Shipping times differ between each country where the products are being shipped to. You can expect up to 10 days for the United States orders to arrive, and up to three weeks for international orders. A tracking number will always be provided for orders, and we recommend referring to your delivery confirmation email to track your order and estimated delivery date.

Returns

We want you to be satisfied with your Flex Beauty Cosmetic Skincare & Makeup purchase. You may return your unused order with free shipping* for a 100% money-back guarantee by messaging us at support@flexbeautycosmetics.com for a return label.

Purchases:

Merchandise purchased online may be returned by mail within 30 days of receiving your order. Accepted returns will be refunded the price of the item and any applicable taxes issued in the original form of payment. Please note that clearance items cannot be returned, and ineligible items included in the return package will not be credited. In addition, flexbeautycosmetics.com no longer accepts exchanges.

Flex Beauty Cosmetics can't accept returns of used cosmetics or skincare. Contaminated hygienic items are unsafe to handle due to cross contamination. If there are problems with the product, please inbox us at support@flexbeautycosmetics.com and we will review each product for issues and determine if product replacement is required.
